- Each couple is only allowed to accompany only one child whose tour fee is discounted or waived.
- The second child is charged as an adult. Children under 5 years old are waived.
- Children from 5 to 10 years old are discounted 25%. He/or she will share the same bed with his/her parents.
- Children above 11 years old are charged the same as adults.
- Tour canceled 07 days before departing, 70 % fee is refunded
- Tour canceled from 5-7 days from departing, 50% fee is refunded
- Tour canceled from 3-5 days before departing, 25% fee is refunded
- Tour canceled from 0-3 days before departing, no refund is received
- We demand a 50% deposit the moment the tour is booked.
- The rest should be paid 7 days before departing. You can make a payment with cash or online via Onepay (3% processing fee per transaction
- You can change the tour itineraries seven days before departure.
- Inform us if you are on any diet plan that needs special attention. You are more than welcomed to bring your own food that suits your dietary
- We do not refund for any services in the tour
- Check-in hour: 2pm, Check-out hour: 12am.
- We do not guarantee whether early check-in or late check-out is available.
- Since the water and electricity system in mountainous areas is not perfectly provided, we appreciate your understanding if there’s a sudden shortage of power or water.
